School Folder

puzzleThe school will give each child a folder at the beginning of the year. Please keep this folder in your child’s bag at all times. Children will put their work, books and notes from the school in this folder. Please empty the folder at home daily. This folder will also serve as communication between the parents and the school. If you need to send a note, simply place it in the folder. The children are welcome to take books home from the school’s library and keep them for as long as they need. Please make sure the books are returned to the school. When children start reading they have the choice to take the reader home for the night, so please make sure that the reader is returned the following day. Ask your child to have the folder in his/her hands when entering the classroom every day.

The children are not allowed to bring toys to school. However, if they have something special that they want to show and talk about (e.g., a photo album, a brochure from a trip, a musical instrument, a book, etc), they are welcome to bring that.
