Programs

Please make sure that a teacher is aware of the child’s arrival. The child is only allowed to leave the school with the parents or the persons authorized by the parents. If there is a change in the pick-up arrangement, please provide a note to the teacher.
Snacks and Lunch
Half-day students need to bring a snack. Full-day students need to bring their lunch.
Allergy
No nuts or products containing nuts are allowed in the school. Ingredients containing or made from peanuts include: peanuts and peanut oil, peanut butter, Nutella spread, peanut sauce, mixed and ground nuts, peanut flour, and mandalona nuts. Food that may contain peanuts or peanut oil include: candy, baked goods, cake icings, chocolate, granola bars, macaroons, potato chips, cookies, fried foods, canned fish in oil, packed olives, salad dressings, chili con carne, ice cream, Chinese food, and hummus.
Health
If medication needs to be given to your child during school hours, it is necessary to provide written permission and instructions.
Clothing
PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON ALL OF HIS/HER BELONGINGS.
At the beginning of the year, please provide a full change of clothing for your child: pants, a T-shirt, a sweater, 2 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of underwear, as well as a pair of indoor shoes to be kept at the school.
School Folder
The school will give each child a folder at the beginning of the year. Please keep this folder in your child’s bag at all times. Children will put their work, books and notes from the school in this folder. Please empty the folder at home daily. This folder will also serve as communication between the parents and the school. If you need to send a note, simply place it in the folder. The children are welcome to take books home from the school’s library and keep them for as long as they need. Please make sure the books are returned to the school. When children start reading they have the choice to take the reader home for the night, so please make sure that the reader is returned the following day. Ask your child to have the folder in his/her hands when entering the classroom every day.
Toys
The children are not allowed to bring toys to school. However, if they have something special that they want to show and talk about (e.g., a photo album, a brochure from a trip, a musical instrument, a book, etc), they are welcome to bring that.
Parent–Teacher Interviews
There will be one scheduled parent-teacher interviews. In addition, at the end of the year, the children will receive a progress report card.

Sibling discount: The school is offering a discount for siblings who are enrolled in the school at the same time. A 10% discount will be applied to the younger child’s tuition fee.
